Selection & approval of Manufacturers is very through process at the end of Source Scan Agency. Once a Manufacturer submit their request, SSA evaluate the Company by visiting them & thorough study of their Quality Systems, Production Capabilities & Qualities, Employees Capability etc. and only after our satisfaction, we approve the Manufacturer for handling the Enquiries/Productions for our Valued Buyers. Apart from this Source Scan Agency has its own testing lab and qualified field personnel. The Parts are monitored through out the development, production and dispatch process. We not only have technical expertise to monitor the manufacturers but also to guide them in case of technical problems. We forecast the shipment dates much before the production starts and keep abreast our customers of the incremental progress being made on any given date. Our state of the art application allows our Buyers to check the status of the items being developed from our servers. Our Buyers are even able to check/see the Inspection reports of Samples as well Production, even before it delivers at their end.

We deal with only reputed names all over the world. We have business transactions with our existing buyers for last so many years. They are dependent on us for sourcing from India. We are also pleased to inform that we have had Zero % bad payments till now. Due to our continuous involvement with the manufacturer we eliminate all reasons which may cause any payment problems. "Good quality always pays". However in certain cases, we can also arrange payments through Irrevocable LC or Advance, only if very essential. Due to our & of or Buyers financial investment in the manufacturer's development costs, it is in our interest to complete the sales cycle.

The service charges will be 5% of invoice values of shipment. Service Charges against tooling/development cost will be 10% of the value if cost is less than US$ 1,000/- or equivalent and 5% if development or tool costs will be US$ 2,000/- or more. All the above costs will be charged quarterly. Service charges against tooling/development will be payable only once.

A nominal service charge of 0.5% of total transactions done through sourcescanagency.com would be required for up-gradation/maintenance of portal. Above costs will be charged once in a year.
